1. Is this a secured site?
 
Yes, the shopping cart is processed on a secured server. Every precaution is taken to insure your transactions are secure.

 
2. Do you accept personal checks?
 
We can only accept money orders, cashier's checks, VISA, or Master Card.

 
3. How soon can I expect to receive my order?
 
Please allow eight working ways to receive your order. Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service by First Class or Priority Mail.

 
4. Do you charge for shipping and handling?
 
There is no charge for shipping.

6. Can I cancel my order if it has already been processed?
 
You may cancel your order if it has not already been shipped by sending an e-mail to: help@desireesjewelryconnection.com. Orders will be processed first and then a credit will be applied if a credit card was used. If payment was by cashier's check or money order a refund will be made by our company check.

 
7. What if I am dissatisfied with the product?
 
If you are not pleased with the product you may return it for a full refund less shipping and handling within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Send an e-mail to help@desireesjewelryconnection.com and request a RMA number. Returns must include the original packaging along with a copy of the invoice. Please write the reason for the return on the invoice. Mail your return via the United States Postal Service to Desiree's Jewelry Connection, P. O. Box 1328, Burleson, TX 76097-1328.

 
8. How will I be notified if an item is out of stock?
 
Most products should be available. If an item is unavailable, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone. You will be asked if you still need the item or if you would like a refund. Credits will processed according to payment method received at the time of purchase. Money orders or cashier's checks will be refunded by company check.

 
9. What is the best way to search for a product?
 
First use the search window at the top right side of the home page. You may enter a description of the item or the item number. When searching by description do not add an "s" to the word, e.g. bracelets would be entered as bracelet without an s; dogs would just be entered as dog. Do not add any symbols such as '," etc. Item numbers are case sensitive. If you are searching an item number with dashes, try entering the number both ways.
 
10. I placed my order in the shopping cart and checked out, but I was returned to the shopping cart. Did my order go through?
 
Yes, you should have received a confirmation order number that appears at the top of the confirmation page. If you are unsure, please send an e-mail to help@desireesjewelryconnection.com.

 
11. If I cannot find a way to exit the page what can I do?
 
Most pages will have links you can click on to go backwards, such as the word "product", "jewelry", etc. If there are no links to go backwards, you must use the back arrow on your browser.

 
12. How is the merchandise packaged?
 
Each item is gift boxed for a pretty presentation. Boxes will vary according to the item ordered.
